The World as It Is: A Memoir of the Obama White House

Ben Rhodes spent six years working for President Obama as a speechwriter and advisor, and therefore was well-positioned to write The World as It Is, a memoir of his time in the administration. Unfortunately, despite some useful details, the book is mostly conventional and unrevealing in its conclusions.
