Why I Am Not a Christian is a transcript of a lecture given in 1927 for the National Secular Society in South London. Russell's arguments are a bit predictable and unremarkable, but his lecture has enough of his trademark wit and turns of phrase to make it more enjoyable than most of the modern New Atheist writings.
