The Female Persuasion

Meg Wolitzer’s The Female Persuasion is the story of Greer Kadetsky, a shy college student who discovers a new role model in the form of an aging feminist icon. Wolitzer's book is entertaining, and she remains a remarkably fluid writer, but her trendy and topical #MeToo take on campus misogyny is too insubstantial.
