F: A Novel

Daniel Kehlmann's F is a short and entertaining book about a father and his three sons whose visit to a public hypnotist leads to enormous changes in their lives. The book has very funny dialogue and surprisingly deep themes of authenticity and modern life. Think Infinite Jest on a smaller scale.
