Blood on Snow is one of Jo Nesbo's rare non-Harry Hole books, the story of a fixer (Olav) hired to kill a woman he may be falling in love with. Unfortunately, Olav is a less interesting and more cliched character than Harry. (The audiobook version is narrated by Patti Smith.)
