Angels Flight

Angels Flight is the sixth book in Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch series, and the best to date. An African-American attorney who has successfully sued the city throughout his career is murdered just before his latest trial. Connelly’s characters and plotting are first rate, and the L.A. racial issues give the book more depth than a typical popular mystery novel.
