The Year of the Hare

This short, light-hearted fable tells the story of a journalist who walks away from his upstanding middle-class life after his automobile hits and wounds a hare. He spends the next year wandering through the country, encountering eccentric locals and trying to reestablish the priorities in his life. Imagine a Finnish version of Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
