Twelve Red Herrings

Twelve Red Herrings is Jeffrey Archer’s third collection of short stories. One of them contains the following passage, a remarkable line considering the later allegations against Archer himself for insider trading:

You should look up the new stock in the FT around the middle of next year, and buy yourself a few, because they’ll be what my father would have called “a risk worth taking.”
