Swan Boats at Four

With his twenty-third novel Swan Boats at Four, George V. Higgins shifts his focus from the Boston criminal underworld to the first-class passengers on a luxury cruise ship. But this isn’t a milieu that Higgins knows well, and his dialogue and characters are less persuasive. He's still a solid writer though.
