A Spy Among Friends: Kim Philby and the Great Betrayal

The Pequod Review:
A Spy Among Friends is an engrossing biography of Kim Philby (1912-1988), the Soviet double agent who spent his career as a high-ranking British intelligence official, as told through Philby’s friendship with Nicholas Elliott, a fellow British spy. The story is so gripping that it reads like a John le Carre novel. Highly recommended.
