The Snowman

Jo Nesbo's seventh Harry Hole novel has a few too many cliched plot elements, including a serial killer who conveniently leaves behind a clue at each crime scene, as well as romantic tension between Detective Hole and a female colleague. But Nesbo is an excellent writer and this is a methodical police procedural with a satisfying twist.
