The Pequod Review:

Quarry's Deal (originally published in 1976 as The Dealer) is the third book in Max Allan Collins's superb Quarry series; this one finds the eponymous hit man in possession of valuable information — his deceased handler's black book of hired assassins — which he decides to sell to intended victims. The story has a few implausibilities, but its plot is fast-paced and its rugged amorality recalls Donald Westlake's Parker novels.
