The New Fiedler Reader

The New Fiedler Reader is a broad sampling of Leslie Fiedler’s work, primarily his best-known literary essays but also his poems and short fiction. In its attempt to be both broad and comprehensive, the book is less interesting than his superior individual works (especially Love and Death in the American Novel).
