The Pequod Review:

Michael Wolff's second book on Donald Trump's presidency, Landslide, is as sloppy and poorly-written as his first (Fire and Fury, 2018). Did an editor even read some of these sentences?

Still, as long as the reports were positive (that is, not negative), Trump, on the phone, was retailing this out to his long call list, who in turn, because that was what was required, assured him of what he was assuring them.

Wolff's only skill (if you can call it that) is that he chose to write about Donald Trump, whose critics will apparently accept any quality of scholarship.
