Burning Angel

Burning Angel is the eighth book in James Lee Burke's long-running Dave Robicheaux series. It's more of the same, as Robicheaux's investigation of a local murder leads him to uncover troubling secrets. While fans of his other books will probably enjoy it, the plot is repetitive and confusing, and some of Burke's scenes are quite poorly written.
